History
AK Engineering Company is proud of its quite short but very intensive and productive history. During those 18 years the company has built and commissioned more than 820 000 square meters of completely different buildings, from medical complexes to sport facilities, proving their professionalism, flexibility and striving to development.

New Development Strategy
The company claims the new development strategy, which is to increase the company's competitive advantages in both domestic and foreign markets, improving internal quality standards. In particular, company launched certification audit in accordance with quality management system ISO 9001:2008 and certification of project managers according with system of International Project Management Association.

10th Anniversary
The company celebrates its 10th anniversary; a large-scale re-branding was held for this event, a modern and open image of the company, which reflects its attitude to customers and projects was created for entering the international market.
The Company considers country’s economic development trends and enters into a new industry field - the agro industrial sector. First contract was signed with agro holding PJSC "MHP" as for construction management of the first stage in the Sumy region elevator storage, capacity of 40 000 m3 of crop.

NSC "Olimpiyskiy" ready to Euro 2012
Successful implementation of Palace of Sports and NSC «Olympiyskyi» that are two significant projects for sports and cultural life in Kyiv and Ukraine in generally.

Contract with Foreign Company
The first contract with a foreign company Seven Hills for construction of a residential complex "Park Avenue" with the area of 210 000 m2 was signed.

Implementation of one of the largest business centers in Kyiv - "Eurasia" in Zhylianska Street with the total area of 39 096 m2.

First Scale Project
“Diplomat Hall" that is one of the largest residential buildings of Ukraine with the total area of 66 004 m2 in Zhylianska Sreet in Kyiv was commissioned.

First Project of the Company
Implementation of the first project - the women's hospital "Isida" in Kyiv with the total area of 8513 m2.

Founding of AK Engineering
The company's management made a decision about entering into Ukrainian market and opened a head office of AK Engineering in Kyiv.

1999
First Steps in Engineering
"Ukrinterstroy" Company was created in Donetsk. For 3 years a number of significant objects have been implemented in Donetsk region, such as a five star hotel "Donbass Palace", FC Shakhtar training ground (village Kirscha), reconstruction of "Shakhtar" Stadium, construction of about 40 gas stations by individual projects in Donetsk and Zaporizhia regions, performed a comprehensive reconstruction of Enakievo Steel plant(reconstructed of oxygen-converter plant, reverse cycle water objects were commissioned, railways and roads).
